What are the pieces made of?

The rings, bangles, bracelets, earrings and chains are 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold-plated finish. They are plated, not solid gold. The cord and strap bracelets are leather with small gold-tone buckles, and the jewellery rolls are leather with gold-tone fittings. See Materials & care.

Will the gold colour last?

Plating is a thin layer and it wears over time, faster where a piece rubs (the inside of a ring, the clasp of a chain). Taking pieces off for swimming, showers, the gym and cleaning, and keeping them away from perfume and lotion, helps it last. We do not claim that our pieces are tarnish-proof or waterproof.

I have a metal allergy. Can I wear them?

Stainless steel contains nickel as part of the alloy. We do not describe our jewellery as hypoallergenic or nickel-free. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the materials with your doctor before buying.

Do the buckles really move?

Yes. Buckle tongues sit on hinge pins and lift, harness rings swing on their loops, T-bars pass through their rings, and snap hooks have a sprung gate. On strap bangles and leather cords the tongue goes into a punched hole to adjust the fit.

How do I find my ring size?

Our rings use UK letter sizes H to T. The Size guide has the EU size and the inside measurement in millimetres for every letter, and a simple way to measure at home. For wide bands (Double Buckle, Triple Buckle, Wide Girth) choose half a size up if you are between sizes.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your delivery country: pounds (GBP) for the UK, euros (EUR) for the euro area including Germany, Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegian kroner (NOK), Swiss francs (CHF), US dollars (USD) and Canadian dollars (CAD). You can change the delivery country at the top of every page. Each price is set by us as a whole number, not converted at checkout.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.

Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

We send every order from the United Kingdom with tracking, to the UK, the euro area, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Costs and times for each are on Shipping & delivery, and the delivery cost is shown in your bag before you pay.

Will I pay import charges?

For deliveries outside the UK, your country may charge import VAT, duties or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. Details by country are on Shipping & delivery.

Can I return something?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, then send the pieces back within 14 days. Start online with Withdraw from contract here, or email us. Full details on Returns & refunds.

Something arrived faulty. What now?

Email us with your order number and a photo. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not affected by anything on this site; see Returns & refunds.

Do you offer discount codes?

No. We do not run discount codes or sales; the price you see is the price.
